Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation by the Client
The booking fee/down payment is non-refundable, as it secures the reserved date and time and compensates for declined bookings and preparation made for the session.
If the Client cancels after full payment has been made, any amount paid beyond the non-refundable booking fee may be refunded at the Service Provider’s discretion, less any expenses already incurred.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their session at least 14 days before the scheduled shoot date.
Rescheduling is subject to the Service Provider’s availability.
A ¥15,000 rescheduling fee will apply.
Requests made within 14 days of the scheduled session may be treated as a cancellation and require a new booking.
Cancellation by the Service Provider
If the Service Provider is unable to fulfill the agreement due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be offered:
A replacement photographer/videographer (subject to Client approval), or
A full refund of all payments received, if no suitable replacement is available.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the Client.

Delivery Timeline
Edited files will be delivered within the following estimated timeframes:
Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. The Client will be informed promptly of any significant delays.
All final files will be delivered via an online gallery or downloadable cloud link.

Image Selection & Editing
The Service Provider will carefully select and professionally edit the best images from the session.
Raw (unedited) photos and video footage are not included and will not be released unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Editing style, color grading, and artistic decisions are made at the Service Provider’s professional discretion and are consistent with the portfolio presented to the Client.

Rights & Usage
The Service Provider retains full copyright ownership of all photographs and videos created during the session.
The Client is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license for personal use, including:
Commercial use, resale, editing, applying filters, or publication by third parties requires prior written consent from the Service Provider.
Unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before the shoot, the Service Provider may use the images and videos for:
The Client’s privacy preferences will always be respected.

Liability
The Service Provider will exercise reasonable skill, care, and professional judgment in providing the services.
However, the Service Provider shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In the unlikely event that images or videos are lost, damaged, or rendered unusable due to equipment malfunction, data corruption, or other unforeseen technical failure, the Service Provider’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client.

Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Arrive on time at the agreed location.
Obtain any necessary permits or venue permissions unless otherwise agreed.
Inform the Service Provider of any important schedule changes.
Ensure all participants cooperate during the session.
The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced coverage caused by late arrival, schedule delays, venue restrictions, or lack of cooperation.

Weather Policy
For outdoor sessions, if weather conditions make shooting unsafe or significantly affect the quality of the session, both parties may agree to reschedule without penalty (excluding travel expenses already incurred, if applicable).

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, war, government restrictions, natural disasters, or similar unforeseen events.
